How much does Invisalign cost?
Invisalign straightens teeth with a series of clear, removable aligners instead of fixed braces. At Lowton Dental Centre, treatment starts from £2,000. The right option for you depends on how much your teeth need to move.

"One arch" means just your top or just your bottom teeth. "Both arches" treats top and bottom together.
What decides which option you need?
The options differ in how much movement they can achieve. Express and Lite suit minor crowding, small gaps or teeth that have moved slightly since earlier braces. Moderate and Comprehensive are for more complex cases, including bite problems. We'll recommend an option after examining your teeth, taking scans and planning your treatment digitally, so you'll know the price before you commit.
What to expect during treatment
- You wear your aligners for around 20 to 22 hours a day, taking them out only to eat, brush and floss.
- You move on to the next aligner in the series usually every two weeks, or as your dentist directs.
- You'll have check-ups roughly every 6 to 8 weeks.
- Some people need small tooth-coloured "attachments" bonded to a few teeth, or elastics, to help the teeth move.

Invisalign for teenagers
Invisalign is available for teenagers, but it can't be funded by the NHS. If your child qualifies for NHS treatment, that will be with fixed braces. See NHS braces for children to find out more.
